Lauren Shea
Ms. Shea is the COO of MCM Capital and serves as Chief Credit Officer at Temple View Capital (“TVC”). At MCM, Lauren oversees all transaction management and operations of the firm’s Residential loan acquisition and trading business and has been with the firm for 15 years. Leveraging her almost 20 years of experience in residential investments and credit, Lauren helps Temple View establish innovative product development and credit policy while maintaining a common-sense underwriting approach.
Moana Bjur
A Native Hawaiian descendant of Kawaihapai on the North Shore of O’ahu, Moana has worked for 25 years across public, private and non-profit organizations developing and implementing conservation, environmental, education and community engagement programs. Understanding the need for responsible land management across the state to preserve our island home’s human, cultural and natural resources she serves as a consultant with Aina Lokahi LLC, offering expertise in creative land management solutions.
Alison Koyanagi
With over 12 years of experience in digital marketing and social media specifically, Alison brings strategies to businesses to help them stand out from their competitors. As the owner of Astrategy Marketing, she assists the Ohana Program Foundation and Hawaii Bahia with all of their digital marketing needs and helps bring valuable awareness to their mission.
Jason Subt
Jason has managed high rise condominiums in Honolulu as well as managing multi-million dollar ocean front estates in the Hawaiian islands. These unique experiences have proven invaluable when assisting clients in picking the right building or finding a truly unique property to add to their portfolio.
Ryan Atkins
Ryan Atkins grew up in Maui in the early 80s. Ryan’s first real-estate purchase was the cheapest vacant land he could find on the island of Maui back in 1999, he use every resource he had to put a deal together to capture his first piece of paradise. Ryan is the owner of The Atkins Development Group, a high-end development company, and the Pacific Capital Group to help clients with financing. Ryan’s specialties include creative real estate financing, and all angles of development and redevelopment for the purpose of helping HAWAII conquer its housing shortage problems, to create affordable housing for the people of Hawaii.
Pancho Sullivan
Pancho Sullivan was born on Kauai and raised on Oahu’s north shore. He’s a Hawaiian surfing legend having retired from professional surfing ranked number 7th in the world, to create an amazing career in real estate. Pancho has 20 years of building expertise in Hawaii, and a complete local network from subs to inspectors. Along with his wife Haunani they are also the head realtors at Compass Poipu. He moved back to Kauai to run our local operations.
